We had a break in the rain, so we ran around the arena. 6 of us went from corner to corner, doing exercises, then going to the next corner. 4 corners make a square, so we got started!

Cone 1 – merkins
Cone 2 – curtsy lunges
Cone 3 – bent over rows
Cone 4 – wood chop
7 rounds starting with 7 at each cone. Then the rounds went 14, 21, 28, 21, 14, and 7.
It was good. We did a quick round of abs, stretched, prayed and said our names.
