Our fake spring is gone and it was cool again this morning. But with the sun on our faces, it still felt good. We had several ladies make their way to come play March Madness with me. The true March Madness brackets will be made this weekend but I made mine in advance. We warmed up with some stretches, some toy soldiers IC, and some jumping jacks before breaking up into 3 groups.
I gave each group the same bracket. One section held arms, one had abs, one had cardio, and one had legs. Each team had a tennis ball and a trash can that they took turns trying to through the ball into. If they got the ball in then they did the top section of each pairing and if they missed they did the bottom section. After each column they would take a lap. Each round had a different quantity. You went up in reps as the bracket got smaller. The winners were different in each bracket. One team had in & outs, one had hammer curls, and one had lbc’s. Picture of the bracket included.
We took one last lap and circled up for COT, nameorama, and announcements. Don’t forget to bring your personal hygiene items to a beatdown in March and we have the Easter convergence at Foxtrot on the 25th of this month.
