I saw another Q post a Merry Go Round workout recently and I said to myself, “Self, we totally need to do that at The Valley!” And so we did!
THE THANG: We warmed up with Jumping Jacks and TTT IC. Then we started up our Merry Go Round! Each round meant we ran a lap, then added an exercise.
We ended with prayers for those traveling. It was so great to spend some time in the cooler weather with these ladies this morning!
