It was a bit sticky out this evening, but we powered through because that’s who we are!! These four lovely ladies were my guinea pigs on a new and quick start to a workout. We started on our mats with weights at the end of it. The goal was to activate our core and legs. We did six different exercises moving our legs by themselves and together in between the weights, outside of the weights, tapping the weights with our feet, and integrating overhead presses. We did 10 reps of each exercise. We ended our workout with this same thing!
I called this workout the Merry-Go-Round because we basically go around and around with the same format and exercises and built up the number of each by increments of 10. We made it through Round 2.
*Round 1-10 each, Round 2-20 each, Round 3-30 each, Round 4-40 each *go up by increments of 10
Legs: Skaters, Squats, Lunges

Arms: Overhead press, Tricep extensions, Bicep curls

Abs: Russian twists, BGS, bicycles

Back & Bootie: Dead bugs, squats, donkey kicks
There were many prayer requests to go to God for, so we circled up for our CoT. I am so glad this small group of ladies was able to make it tonight!
