6 PAX came out to Wednesday Foxtrot to join me in a Millennial Beatdown. Healthy Mama immediately noticed upon arrival that the days are getting longer and we had more light than the previous weeks! (Yay! Hello Summer!)
We got the 2.0 tag-a-longs playing and started working out. We warmed up with arm circles in cadence, leg swings in cadence, TTTs in cadence, and jump ropes in cadence. After that we got to work.
The way the Millennial works is everyone start working on an exercise. The first person to get to 100 calls it and we all run a lap together. Then we move on to the next exercise. 10 exercises, 100 reps each = 1,000. The exercises were as follows:
Bulgarian Split Squats
Russian Twists (sets)
Single Leg Deadlifts
HGTV crushed it! She hit 100 first the most times. Owlette hit 100 a couple times too! Kudos to everyone who powered through these. The laps in between kept us moving the whole time. HGTV got to pick the last exercise, but we were out of time, so she picked a stretch that we did for 100 seconds.
We circled up, prayed, and headed home to do dinner with our families. It was another fun night at FiA!
