Today was my first time leading a workout, ever!
Original plan was “Stations of Pain” but after a great FIA Birthday Celebration on Tuesday I think we all needed a deep and prolonged stretch!
I also selfishly wanted everyone to come back when I decide to Q again!
So we did a Monkey see, Monkey do loosely based on a concept called “isometric yoga“.
We did lower weights but higher reps helping in adding strength and toning, but targeted our arms, shoulders and core. Then took a quick walk with our weight of choice.
I am very thankful for the ladies that joined me and the sun that was shining bright during our time.
The stations are coming…..
