We did a Dora routine and climbed our little Mt. Everest. When it was one Pax turn to run, we instead rolled a dice and if you rolled an even number, you were a “Sherpa” and carried your weights up the mountain (stairs) and back down; if you rolled an odd number, you were a “mountaineer” and climbed the mountain with no weights.
Here are the exercises we did while our partner climbed the Everest. We did 150 of each exercise.
