It was a small crowd at The Pack this Sunday, following the half marathon run so many did the week before. Smooth Operator was there after a long break to recover from some foot troubles. She started early, stopped for COT, then continued her run. Chinchilla, Wonder Woman, and I set out for a fast walk. Kate’s knee is hurting her again, I’m trying to take it easy, and Wonder Woman just needed a slower day. So, we walked and talked and it was wonderful! A much needed therapy walk. Smooth Operator joined us for the last couple miles. We did 5 miles total!
We caught up, we talked upcoming events, health issues, etc. It was a great, easy day at The Pack.
We missed all of our regulars and hope to see everyone back and healthy enough to push it a bit next week!
