Starting from the bottom with
10 Burpees, BGS, Bear Squats, Around the worlds, shoulder tap sets
Run 5 laps
20 Merkins, donkey kicks sets, leg lifts sets, gun show sets
Run 4 laps
30 deadlifts, in and outs, narrow squats
Run 3 laps
40 bicep curls, tricep extension
Run 2 laps
50 sumo squats
Run 1 lap
We had a little time left so we did a bag of abs and stretched it out.
The weather was perfect 🤩 even though it was already dark we still showed up and made it happen.
