Warm-up: arm circles, knee pulls, side lunges, SSH, small pulse squats

The Thang:

We started with about 12 minutes of Run Forest Run
~Partner up, Partner A runs lap while Partner B does Lt. Dan. When Partner A catches up to B then they switch. Lt. Dan starts over each time

Then we did 5 minute Cardio Combos- 45sec on, 15 rest with last minute burnout of 30sec each exercise.
Set 1: Skater with lateral punch & fast feet forward and back

Set 2- pop squat with hammer curl & side shuffle with floor tap

Set 3: Mario’s & butt kicks with forward arm extension

Set 4: Press jacks & squat pulse

COT: prayers, name-o-rama

I don’t know about y’all but going down the stairs and sitting on the toilet are difficult after that beatdown haha
