What a great turn out, with 2 FNGs on this beautiful warm morning.
Each person was given a category either abs, legs or arms. Each Category had an alphabet, with each letter designated with an exercise appropriate to that category (see the pictures).
The idea was that each person would spell out their name given the exercises designated by the category they picked at the start of the workout. Each person got to Q the group through the exercises in their name. Given that we had so many people we only spelled out the first five letters in their FIA name, after 15 minutes we all took a lap. With 9 minutes to go we still had 9 people to Q so each of those people got to choose their favourite exercise and worked the group through that. We finished dead on time.
We prayed for those with Covid including Chocolate Chip’s 2.0, and those in quarantine, we missed you Wonder Woman and Chocolate Chip. We had 2 FNGs to name, welcome to Healer Girl who’s passion is in holistic medicine and Royale, a history teacher with a penchant for watching British History Shows.
Chai and Coffee were enjoyed along with some British cookies.
