Was Inspector Gadget even at today’s workout? Also no (but this was the only way I could get Washburn into a pic!)
Is the shot of me even at a beatdown? Well no, but I AM wearing my FiA Cherokee shirt in it so neener?
Anyway….today is Columbus Day. And Indigenous Peoples Day. And far less controversially…..NATIONAL GUMBO DAY.
We warmed up with some Toy Soldiers, Jumping Jacks and a lap.
THE THANG:
My Gumbo workout involved “G”uns, “U”r Legs, “M”uffin Tops, “B”utts, and “O”h, just a little something extra I threw in.
We had 3 “ladles” of gumbo. Each exercise was done for a minute, with a 10 second rest. After we finished our ladles, we ran a lap, then had a second helping (a second time through the board).
Stretchin’, prayin’ and namaramain’ then we headed out to enjoy the rest of the day. Thanks ladies! I promise I’ll try to do better with the pics!
