The Lair this morning was rocking with 13 PAx. On this hot & humid morning 13 ladies showed up to make it happen. Using the stairs is my usual go-to for a workout here so this week I planned on workout with them too. We used the stairs for our third to run up and down during the Triple Check! Today was National Milk Chocolate Day so our warm up was a hot Milk Chocolate mess. 

National Milk Chocolate Day – Chocolate milk was made popular by an Irishman named Sir Hans Sloane when he was visiting Jamaica and was offered a cocoa powder drink by the villagers and thought it tasted foul, so he mixed it with milk instead and brought it back to England where it was sold as a medicine.

Warm – Up

M- mat taps – 10 

I – Inchworms – 5

L – LBC’s – 10

K – Kangaroos – 5

C – Crockpot Squats – 10 sets

H – Hillbillies – 5 sets

O – Overhead Press – 10

C – Curtsey Lunges – 5 sets

O – Overhead Triceps – 10

L – Lunges – 5 sets

A – Ankle Bitters – 10 sets

T – Toe Taps – 5 sets

E – Entire Parking-Lot lap

Triple Check ~ Teams of 3 PAX

Round ( 1 )

1 person in a Wall Sit holding arms out in front

1 person Jump Ropes

1 person runs up the stairs around the light pole & back again.

Rinse and repeat. 3 times, each PAX does all 3 exercises 3 times.

Rest, water & regroup.

Round ( 2 )

1 person plank

1 person does Over – unders, using the jump rope

1 person runs up the stairs around the light pole & back again.

Rinse and repeat. 3 times, each PAX does all 3 exercises 3 times.

After we finished our workout we took 3 minutes to do some great strengths and catch our breath.

It was a hot, humid, awesome workout. We had fun and I passed out Milk Chocolate Bars at the end. Thanks for coming out today ladies. Happy National Milk Chocolate Day 🍫!!
