04/27/2021 - rock - Never Miss a Monday – Walls of Jericho Style

This was our last chance to post for Never Miss a Monday.  We ended with 71 ladies posting for the day, the most of all FiA locations. The weather was awesome and I was so excited to see all the cars pulling in.  Once everyone had set up I noticed that all the Rock regulars were grouped together and all the other ladies were grouped together so after a few arm circles I had them partner up with someone from the opposite group and we did a catch me if you can.  One partner started running backwards while the other did 5 jumping jacks then ran forward to their partner where they switched. We did this all the way around the big loop of the school so I would say we were warm by the time it was done.

We then jumped into the Walls of Jericho.  We had seven exercises in which we did 7 of each before taking a lap.  We then went through it 7 times.  I had the runners do the large loop, the woggers like myself did a medium loop, and the walkers did a small loop.

We ended with 2 minutes to spare where everyone did own their own stretches before we did COT and name o rama.  It was WONDERFUL to see so many faces at The Rock.  You ladies crushed it.
