Nothing fancy to see here ladies, just a plain old accumulator for todays beatdown! Except there was nothing plain about this accumulator…especially the bear crawl warm up!! 1 Burpee at the top of the hill, 2 Jumping Jacks at the bottom…bear crawl back up. 2 Burpees at the top, 4 JJ at the bottom & so on. Since this was just the warm up I only had us go to 5/10. But before all that madness started Mama Bear, Sugar Mama & myself got there early to get some steps in with some walking & running. New Year, New Goals!!

We continued with the Accumulator for 5 rounds with a lap in between each round.
- Merkins – Shoulder Taps
- BGS – Russian Twists
- Front Kicks – Squats
- OHP – Tricep Kickbacks
- Reverse Crunches – Leg Lifts
We finished up with some OYO stretches, COT & NOR.
Today was simple, but most of the time that is all we need…simplicity!! It gets the job done! We were constantly moving & I heard lots of complaining so to me that’s a win! #BetterTogether
