I was pleasantly surprised that five others joined me first thing on New Years Day! It was so great to have others to work out with me. Thanks for coming!

We had 20 exercises and started by doing 21 reps for each workout. After every four exercises, we did burpees or did a run.

  1. Jump Squats
  2. Bicep Curls
  3. Russian Twists
  4. Mountain Climbers

3 Burpees

  1. Overhead Press with squat
  2. Reverse Crunches
  3. High Knees for three counts then hold
  4. Tricep dips

4 Burpees

  1. Big girl sit ups
  2. Reverse lunges
  3. Hallelujahs weighted
  4. Bourbons

5 burpees

  1. Donkey kicks
  2. Front and side arm raises
  3. Hillbillies
  4. Squat and kick forward

Run big lap around busses

  1. Push ups
  2. Little Baby Crunches
  3. Smurf jacks
  4. Chest flys leaning over (works your back)

Then we went through the whole 20 exercises again doing 10 reps of each as fast as you can without stopping, if possible. Then run one more big lap around busses. We finished with 10 walking lunges (sets).
