8 PAX at AO The Thicket on this rainy but warm Saturday morning for a total work in your great Butt workout.  “Nice Butt” Oh thank you, yes it is! FiA gave it to me. 

Warm-up – Run in place with a ground tap, windmills, Toy soldiers, stretches

The Thang – Do each for 45 sec 15 sec rest

1st set:

A. Donkey kicks

B. Sit up bring right leg up and clap behind knee, alternate doing sit ups

C. Squat till butt touches bench then right back up.

D. Push-ups

2 min cardio – run in place with a ground tap for the first time through & Run a lap the second time through.

2nd set:

A. Plank

B. Toe touches – on your back

C. Superman

D. Bicycles – full leg extension

2 min cardio – run in place with a ground tap for the first time through & Run a lap the second time through.

3rd set:

A. Plank jacks

B. Triceps dips

C. Jump squats

D. Inch worms

2 min cardio – skaters for the first time through & Run a lap the second time through.

We were able to do the first set one more time and end with one last lap. We then did 3 minutes of leg stretches, 9:00 AM!
