We started our morning off with a No Counting Dora and 6 PAX who almost completed all the exercises listed. Warm up was arm circles, Michael Phelps, imperial walkers and stretching the back.
Partners were decided upon and we started the Dora. While one partner ran the larger lap of the parking lot, the other partner was doing one of the exercises listed below. When the runner returned, positions were switched. No set number meant we could really challenge ourselves with form and reps!

We cooled down with stretching, a prayer, COT and picture.
