Wednesday morning a group of 5 amazing FiA’s all got up early and enjoyed a hot and humid butt-kicking beatdown…and we crushed it!
We started with some arm stretches, Thru the Tunnels (in cadence), and some leg stretches to warm us up.
5 minute AMRAP Doras:
1- Partner A does bicep curls while partner B runs to light pole, does 10 narrow squats and run and back, switch. Partner B does bicep curls while partner A runs, does squats, then back. Continue back and forth for 5 minutes.
2 – Same as above but with Partner A doing overhead press and Partner B running and 10 sumo squats
3 – Same as above but with Partner A doing merkins and Partner B running and 10 jumping jacks
4 – Same as above but with Partner A doing shoulder taps and Partner B running and 10 squat jumps
A-L-A-R-M: Arm, Leg, Ab, Run, M Exercise
Round 1: (1 Min each)
Arm – Hammer Curls
Leg – Alternating forward Lunges
Ab – Russian Twists
M – Mountain Climbers
Round 2: (1 Min each)
Arm – Tricep Extensions
Leg – Alternating backward Lunges
Ab – Hip Dips
M – Monkey Humpers
We almost got through it all but Straight Shooter was keeping us on schedule so we stopped at 6:15am. We circled up for a quick prayer and names. Thanks for a wonderful start to the day. I especially loved the chatter since we didn’t have to do any counting on this one. Definitely made the time fly by and always good conversations with my FiA ladies!
