Tonight’s workout was brought to you by the saying “NO FIA LEFT BEHIND”.  After some mumble chatter prior to warm up we got started with static stretching and then got into it.  I decided to do a Partnered OYO workout.

The Thang:

Everyone partnered up and did the exercises, but since NO FIA LEFT BEHIND was tonight’s theme if your partner finished before you, they had to pick up and finish from where you were at.

In between each exercise you and your partner were to run down to the Rock and either do 5 Burpees or 10 Monkey Humper (Pax choice).

Exercises:

100 Donkey Kick (Sets)

90 Skull Crushers

80 Reverse Lunges (Sets)

70 Overhead Press

60 Squats (PAX Choice)

50 LBC’s

40 Push Ups

30 Sit up with Cross punch

20 Carolina Dry Docks

10 Fire Hydrants (Sets)

We finished with some really good stretching, COT, and Name-O-Rama.  Thanks ladies for bringing it as always.  Y’all ROCK!! (See what I did there)
