A nice cool morning for a workout! We started off with some butt-kicks, windmills and a few stretches.

The Thang:
A-L-A-R-M: Arm, Leg, Ab, Run, “M” Exercise

Round 1: (1 Min of each exercise)
Arm – Bicep Curls
Leg – Sumo Squats (weighted)
Ab – Russian Twists
RUN
M – Mountain Climbers

Round 2: (2 Min of each exercise)
Arm – Tricep Extensions
Leg – Lunges
Ab – Hip Dips
RUN
M – Monkey Humpers

Round 3: (2:30 Min of each exercise)
Arm – Overhead Press
Leg – Crockpots
Ab – LBC’s
RUN
M – Merkins

We finished up with some quick stretches, prayer, and COT.
