7 ladies joined me this foggy morning for an Escalator workout listening to some old school hip hop.
Our warm up consisted of arm circles, leg circles, jumping jacks and a jog.
We started the workout with a 60 second plank.
20 Prisoner squats
30 Tricep dips
60 Monkey humpers
70 Bicep curls
We ended with a 2 minute wall sit and a jog.
We finished with a prayer and COT.
