Lift is back! 4 lovely ladies joined me this morning for #flexfriday 💪🏼 we did a quick warm up of stretches and toy soldiers and got on with the Thang ~
50 sec 10 sec rest Tabata. We were able to get through 4 times.
- Squat with overhead press
- Weighted good mornings
- Leg lift pulses
- Elbow plank
- Windshield wipers
- Situps with overhead weight raise
- Merkins with renegade rows
- Glute bridge with pullover press
- Curtsy Lunges with leg raise
It was a good one. Over 400 calories burned not even leaving the mat!
We circled up for CoT and prayed for all the things…. Health issues, end of the school year festivities, and for all the things unspoken.
