Seven wonderful ladies arrived this morning and joined me in a simple workout of Elevens. Lake Life called it and said we would not finish – but we were pretty close! We warmed up with arm circles, Michael Phelps, imperial walkers and through the tunnels (cadence).
Each exercise group followed the same counting process – 1 bent over row, 10 bourbons. Then 2 bent over rows, 9 bourbons. Continue until you are at 10 bent over rows and 1 bourbon. There were sets involved and not just individual counting. We completed the exercises listed below:
Bent over rows and bourbons – ran a lap
Calf raises and merkins – ran a lap
Bicep curls and dead bugs – ran a lap
Reverse lunges and up down planks -ran a lap
Overhead triceps and crunches
Reverse flyes and russian twists
Imperial walkers and burpees (for those that did this, they did 55 burpees so their daily challenge of 25 was met and then some!)
Exercises not completed because time was ending:
Prisoner squats and chest press
Rotator pulls and double crunches
Skaters and mountain climbers
We ended with COT, prayers, picture. It was a good way to start the weekend rush!
