Today we started with a warm-up of arm circles and through the tunnel. Our workout consisted of the following:

warm up Tabatas: each 4 min.

Tabata cardio: we alternated every 20 seconds on between 1. Cross country skiers and 2. High knees

Tabata Strength: we rotated through a series of 4 exercises twice: 1. Scap push-ups, 2. Bent over rows, 3. Burpees, 4. Push-ups

tabata Abs: we rotated through 4 ab exercises twice: 1. Crunches, 2. Alternating v-ups, 3. 2 touch sit ups, 4. Hip thrusts

Walk a Lap

We completed 2 main sets:

4 Times Through:

30 seconds jump rope

10 push-ups

10 in-out abs

10 minute AMRAP with a twist: you continue to add (5,2,2 reps) to the exercises each round and get as high in reps as you can in 10 minutes. Here are the exercises and the first 2 rounds:

Round 1:

10reps jumping jacks, 4 mountain climbers, 4 oblique twist

Round 2:

15 jumping jacks, 6 mountain climbers, 6 oblique twist

and so on until time is up.

We ended with names, cot, and picture.
