There is nothing that a little sweat and your FiA girls can’t fix when you’re having a bad day. It was exactly what the Dr ordered.

After we warmed up we got quickly on the The Thang ~

Partner up!

Everyone grabbed a partner.  One did 10 reps of an exercise while the other did a static hold exercise.  Then swap. Then 1 burpee done together.  Then on to the next.  There were 7 in total, with a burpee done in between each one.  After you completed the round then run a lap.  Round 2 is back from the top, except this time, the rep count is 15 and 2 burpees.  Run another lap when done.  Round 3, 20 reps and 3 burpees.

  1.  Sumo squat / sumo squat hold
  2. Burpee!
  3. Shoulder taps / high plank
  4. Burpee!
  5. Glute bridges / glute bridge hold
  6. Burpee!
  7. Supermans / superman hold
  8. Burpee!
  9. Lat raise / lat raise hold
  10. Burpee!
  11. Donkey kicks / donkey kick hold
  12. Burpee!
  13. Upright rows / upright row hold
  14. Burpee!

When it was said and done, we completed 42 burpees!!! The lat hold was tough too!

We had a few min left so we finished up with a quick Ring of Fire.

  2. Curtsy lunges passing Monkey humpers

 

These ladies CRUSHED IT.  Never, never, never underestimate what you can accomplish.
