On a morning when I had every excuse not to workout- I needed my Monday people the most! I also was the Q – so there’s that. 😜

 

We warmed up in a circle with some basic OYO stretches like Michael Phelps, Arm Circles, Windmills, Side to side lunges, squat and reach, hip openers etc. Then we took a lap.

THE THANG

5 cones spread out 3/4 the length of the parking lot in a pentagon shape. There are 3 rounds and at the beginning of each round you start with 5 burpees.

round 1: 10 reps jumping jacks, sumo squats, and merkins. Rinse and repeat at all 5 cones.

round 2: 20 reps jumping jacks, sumo squats, merkins

 

round 3: 30 reps jumping jacks, sumo squats, merkins

 

We jogged a lap to finish and the did prayer, COT, and name o Rama.
