After a quick warm up and short lap we got straight to it. I borrowed a beatdown from Lake Wylie’s “Goonies” posted online and it was a good one! Perfect 10.
We did 10 different exercises 10 reps each then a lap. Our goal was 10 rounds. We made it halfway then did some stretching, COT & NOR. Continued prayers for Wonder Woman ( & family), Valkyrie healing and all of our FiA sisters and our kiddos. We had a milder temp and a beautiful snow moon this morning. It was a sweet start to my Wednesday!
