Seven seems to be the magic number here at The Valley lately…that’s how many ladies showed up today to move their bodies, restore their minds & calm their hearts ✌❤😎
We did some OYO stretching before jumping right into THE THANG…
We partnered up for our Planking Dora’s. While PAX #1 Ran, PAX #2 planked. That’s it! Simple. And NO counting!! If at some point planking was getting old or a modification was needed it was an exercise OYC. I had plenty of suggestions but everyone seemed ok & this gave the PAX a chance to work on something that they needed personally.
Who knew you could Q a beatdown without a whiteboard! lol
We ended with a “Choose your Sally” Song Challenge… Some did Squats, Glute Bridges & OHP…Name O Rama & Circle of Trust while we stretched a little & enjoyed the beautiful sunshine & fall weather!!
