I put a twist on an old fashioned poker game. After we warmed up I passed out 7 cards to each person. Using the best 5 of 7, each pax figured out what their hand was and we all did the workout that went with it. After everyone showed their cards and we did the workout, we took a lap, shuffled the cards and repeated till time was almost out. We knocked out the exercises we didn’t get to at the end. It was fun and now that I’ve done it, I would make a few changes but over all, everyone seemed to have fun. See picture below for the workouts.
