Frist, we warmed up with a song challenge “What did the fox say?” With crunches during the verse and bicycles during the chorus. Then we ran a lap.
Three rounds, each with the mini rounds, with each exercise being 30seconds, no rest for a total of 3 minutes each.
R1 • chest press, LBFK (Little baby flutter kicks), BGS, repeat (30 sec each, no rest, 3 min total)
• push-ups, mountain climbers, plank, repeat
• squats, deadlifts, OHP, repeat

I was hoping to fit in two more song challenges for a total of three challenges but we were out of time so we only did one more. We did “Roxanne” with Burpee‘s every time he said Roxanne
