It seems like that quintessential fall beverage, the pumpkin spice latte, is receiving a lot of hate on the slack channels and the Facebook pages lately. So frands, I wanted to take today to give my testimony…..to stand up and proclaim my love for all things pumpkin, all things spice, and of course, all things latte!
THE THANG:
The way I showed my love was through a PSL Tabata. 6 P exercises, 6 S exercises and 6 L exercises. It was 45 seconds on followed by a 15 second rest. We went through the list and then rinsed and repeated.
After the work out we finished up with COT, prayers and name-a-rama….and we named our new FNG Scooby Snacks! She’s a baker and a dog rescuer and general animal lover.
I also want to take this opportunity to apologize for not submitting my blackblast last week when we welcomed FNG Harvest! She has gotten very into gardening and has a goal of growing and “harvesting” as much all natural food for her family as possible.
