It was a rainy morning at The Cub House, but that didn’t stop 5 of my favorite PAX from joining me for a strength workout.  We warmed up with arm circles, stretches, butt kicks, TTTs, and high knees.  Then we got to work!

I designed the Thang today to be standing with weights – no mats – since I wasn’t sure how wet the ground would be.  We did 6 pyramids, or ladders.  I encouraged heavy weights, but also good form.  I counted so everyone else could chat.  After each round, we ran under the cover to the other door to get our heart rate up.  We went up the ladder, then back down and made it through 5 of the 6 rounds.

We didn’t finish round 6, but we got close!  We circled up and prayed for Prada and her family and Spartan’s Dad.  For all of our FiA sisters.  We did our name-o-Rama and snapped a pic!  Thank you for joining me this morning ladies!
