It’s officially Pumpkin Spice season y’all! Even if you don’t like pumpkin spice there is something that everyone loves about this time of year…the weather, leaves, smells, firepits & a birthday were just some of our faves that were called out during an Indian run today! But first, we warmed up with some Cadence Kicks before jumping right into spelling out PUMPKIN for our beatdown then a round of SPICE-olated Abs.

U – Up In Here(DMX)-Song Challenge-Hold a squat w/ punches/Jump Squats when you here “Up in here”
M – Monkey Humpers
P – Plie Squat w/ calf raises
K – Kickbacks
I – Indian Run
N- Narrow Squats
SPICEolated Abs – callout…each PAX called out an ab exercise/reps for all PAX to complete together.
We had just enough time for 2 whole rounds then some much needed OYO stretches at the end during COT & Name 0 Rama.
The weather was much too glorious today for us to stay under that pavilion so we worked out in the bright sunshine that reminded us that we are entering the thankful, grateful & blessed time of year!! We have so much to be thankful for despite what this year has brought to many of us, our friends & families…So lets enter into this season with open hearts, being mindful of others, showing kindness & love.
