6 PAX should up on a bright Saturday morning for the PYRAMID OF PAIN!!!
We started with some solo stretching a chatting while everyone set up their mats.
Our warm up was a song challenge, Cupid Shuffle plank style.
Then we started on the pyramid of pain.
25 each: curtsy lunges, bicycles, squats, Carolina dry docks, and in/outs.
Run: 5 laps
30 each: push ups, squat jumps, shoulder taps, and split jumps.
Run: 4 laps
35 each: LBCs, mountain climbers, and Russian twists.
Run: 3 laps
40 each: tricep dips, and step ups
Run: 2 laps
50 each: Burpees or V-ups (Pax choice)
Run: 1 lap as fast as possible.
We finished up with some cool down stretches and talking about our favorite Christmas memories. We said a short prayer and did the name-o-rama. What a great way to kick off the weekend!
