We started with some OYO stretches and our favorite booty warmup- 10 Donkey Kicks to 10 Pulses 10 Fire Hydrants to 10 Pulses and 10 Rainbows to a 10 second “ish” hold each side. Then we got to it.

The Thang-

We started at the bottom of the pyramid and worked our way up. After each level we squat shuffled to the end of the pavillion.

Bottom Level- 25 Of each exercise.

  • Jump Squats
  • Overhead Press
  • Angry Donkey Kicks
  • Merkins
  • Jumping Jacks

2nd Level- 30 of each exercise

  • Flutter Kicks
  • Penguins
  • Oblique Crunches
  • Lunges

3rd Level- 35  of each exercise

  • Tricep Kickbacks
  • Around the Worlds
  • Side Raises

4th Level- 40 of each exercise

  • Rainbows
  • Fire Hydrants

5th Level- 50 repetitions

  • Russian Twists

We made it through the pyramid two times and finished with Sally (squat style)

Finished with OYO stretches and COT and Name-O-Rama. Thanks for coming!
