It was a small, but mighty, group of 7 PAX this morning at Foxtrot. This crazy back and forth weather had us questioning how to layer. So, we bundled up and we sure were glad we did!
We got right to work with Arm Circles, Ankle Hops, and four rounds of Happy Jacks for our warm up. Then we went on an Indian run around the parking lot. As the last PAX sprinted to the front of the line, they told us one thing that makes them happy in the cold weather months. Skiing, fuzzy socks, fuzzy pants, a wood fire, hot chocolate, movies…all the wonderful things were mentioned!
Once we returned from our run, we started on our Pyramid of Pain. Cones were set up on both sides of the mats. Equally spaced, I should add, I counted the steps. We started at the bottom, went through the reps, then ran 8 laps. To the cone is 1, back to the mats is 2. A lesser amount of running compared to Chocolate Chips favorite pyramid of pain, but still 4,000 steps of running overall. Our pyramid is pictured below. We had just enough time to finish and close with our COT!
