We started out with a new Warmup idea I stole….PLURPEES! What are plurpees? They’re like a little visit to hell. You do a 10 second plank followed by a burpee, then a 20 second plank followed by 2 burpees, and so on up to 60 seconds plank and 6 burpees. By the end you have done 3.5 minutes of planks and 21 burpees and all the PAX want to stab you with rusty spoons.
After the warmup we did the thang, which was a pyramid workout. We started at the bottom with 30 reps of each exercise, then climbed up to the top which was a 1 minute wall sit. Then we ran a lap and started at the top to work our way down. When time was up all PAX were stranded at different spots on the pyramid, but everyone had seen the view from the top and that’s what matters!
We ended with CoT and NoR and many unspoken prayers requests. Thanks for humoring me ladies!
