Light stretching & warm up exercises to rock songs! Toy soldiers, TTT, running in place drop to ground touches & runners leg stretching. Then we did a lap to get us warm enough to shed our vests.
The Thang!
Quarter Pounder with cheese!
Carrying our heavy weights we did walking lunges 25 yards with a biceps curl. We dropped our weights & did 25 push ups. Ran back to the starting line & did 2 Burpees.
Run back to our weights.
Walking lunges to the 50 yard line with a biceps curl. We dropped our weights & did 50 mountain climbers (50 sets). Ran back to the starting line & did 2 burpees.
Water and nose blowing in between when needed.
Run back to our weights.
Walking lunges to the 75 yard line with a biceps curl. We dropped our weights & did 75 plank jacks. Ran back to the starting line & did 2 burpees.
Run back to our weights.
Walking lunges to the 100 yard line with A biceps curl. We dropped our weights & did 100 jumping jacks. Ran back to the starting line & did 2 burpees.
Then we repeated the Quarter Pounder with Cheese back to the starting line going down the exercises. 75 – 50 – 25.
We have 4.5 minutes to stretch and chat a little.
