Rain, rain go away! We gathered together under cover and quickly got to it. It was a little chilly so the warm up was nice!
Warm Up: Running in place, arm stretches and leg stretches
Perform each exercise for 1 minute each with a 30 break in between. 1 minute between sets.
We finished right on time. We circled up, did COT and name-o-Rama. Prayers for all who couldn’t attend or are traveling!
