I’m not sure what Mother Nature has against Wednesday mornings but she has surely brought the rain and/or storms for the last several weeks. I was thankful 4 beauties met me at The Lair to work out with me. For the “regulars” who stayed home, I don’t blame you. Because I knew it was supposed to rain I decided to do a standing only tabata so we didn’t have to get on the ground and get any wetter than needed. I had cardio mixed in with strength exercises to keep our heart rates up. After a brief warm up we got started. Our tabata was for 50 seconds on with a 10 second rest in between.

We took a water break and then started the next circuit.

We made it through circuit one two times. We made it through circuit two one and a half times before ending. We circled up a little early as some needed to leave right at 6:15. Thanks again ladies for meeting me in the yucky weather.
