This morning the rain was heavy, so I decided against the original workout I had planned and we ditched our mats and just used our weights for a standing ring of fire. We did a quick warm up and then got started.
- Squat with front raise / 10 raggedy anns
- Curtsy lunges / 10 star jumps
- Bicep curls / 20 overhead press
- Tricep ext / 10 overhead circles
- High knees / 15 jump squats
- Right leg lunge pulse / 15 calf raises
- Left leg lunge pulse / 15 chest fly
- Right side hillbillies (knee tuck) / 5 kangaroos
- Left side hillbillies (knee tuck) / 20 hallelujahs
- Squat pulses / 10 money humpers
- Windmills / 15 jumping jacks
- Chair pose with twist / 2 burpees
- Squat thrusters / 15 tricep kickbacks
We did pause halfway to do a squat Sally song challenge. We finished with a few minutes left so we did 1 min pax choice of an exercise.
