This morning the rain was heavy, so I decided against the original workout I had planned and we ditched our mats and just used our weights for a standing ring of fire.  We did a quick warm up and then got started.

  1. Squat with front raise / 10 raggedy anns
  2. Curtsy lunges / 10 star jumps
  3. Bicep curls / 20 overhead press
  4. Tricep ext / 10 overhead circles
  5. High knees / 15 jump squats
  6. Right leg lunge pulse / 15 calf raises
  7. Left leg lunge pulse / 15 chest fly
  8. Right side hillbillies (knee tuck) / 5 kangaroos
  9. Left side hillbillies (knee tuck) / 20 hallelujahs
  10. Squat pulses / 10 money humpers
  11. Windmills / 15 jumping jacks
  12. Chair pose with twist / 2 burpees
  13. Squat thrusters / 15 tricep kickbacks

We did pause halfway to do a squat Sally song challenge. We finished with a few minutes left so we did 1 min pax choice of an exercise.
