Today, I was a last minute Q and I didn’t have much time to plan, so I whipped out an old friend. It’s a good thing I save workouts in my Google drive!
First, to warm up we decided to run a long lap. Then we came back to the stage and took turns pulling an exercise out of the jack-o’-lantern. We did as many reps as we could for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest while the next person chooses an exercise out of the jack-o’-lantern.
I had a total of 45 exercises and we got through all 45 with about two minutes to spare for stretching. It was humid, so we were all very hot, sweaty, and sticky. If was a good work out and and I’m so glad the girls showed up.
