4 PAX came out to The Valley to get a good sweat on playing a game of Red Light/Green Light…first we warmed up with some Michael Phelps & TTT (IC) before some OYO stretches while I explained the workout.
I set a timer for 15 min…We started at the “Red Light” (aka our mats) with 1 Merkin –>RUN (Green Light).
Stopped for a “Red Light” at the 2nd bench for 1 Squat –>RUN (Green Light) *back to our mats to start over.
2 Merkins –>RUN, stop at “Red Light” 2 Squats –RUN back to our mats…and so on until the time ran out. We made it all the way 10! Go us!!
Song Challenge time!!
1 Black Widow – Seal Claps throughout/Overhead Claps for the hook.
2 Lean Back – Hold a Canoe throughout/Lean Back every time you hear Lean Back.
3 Get Low – Moroccan Night clubs throughout/Hold a squat for the hook, go lower every time you hear low then pulse to the beat.
4 Yeah – Glute Bridge thrusts throughout/Dying bug for the hook.
