We did things a bit backwards this morning! Prada and Inspector Gadget were running and stopped long enough for a picture, prayer, COT and names. THEN Chef, Hat Trick and I got to work.
We warmed up with arm circles, Michael Phelps, toy soldiers and imperial walkers. I borrowed this workout from Sugar Momma and it was a hit with the Hideout ladies!
We took turns guessing either red or black before turning over a card in the deck of cards. If we were correct, we did 20 sets/reps of the listed exercises. If we were incorrect, we took a lap – either walking or running. We did pretty well with guessing correctly if I do say so myself.
Ace – penguins
2 – glute bridge (the only exercise we did not actually do)
3 – merkins
4 – reverse crunches
5 – bicep curls
6 – crock pot squats
7 – curtsy lunges
8 – fire hydrants (unless you did donkey kicks)
9 – reverse flyes
10 – overhead press
Jack – sit ups
Queen – mountains climbers
King – shoulder taps
