13 absolutely fabulous ladies joined me on this most beautiful morning, low dew point in da house!!!
I thought we could check off some bingo box stuff today so I decided to introduce Dora’s bougie friend Ramona. Ramona lives on the Upper East Side of Canton & decided to bring her RHOFiA (Real Housewives Of FiA) to the beatdown today 🙂
We warmed up with some arm circles, Michael Phelps, & through the tunnels, then got started with
We partnered up & while our partner was running/walking we got started on our RHOFiA, when they got back we switched.
R- Rows 150
H- Hallelujahs 250
O- Overhead Pulldowns 300 (Lay on your mat & lower your weight above & behind your head)
We stopped for a little song challenge – Best Day of my Life with a Glute bridge hold & Big Girl Sit-ups for the chorus. After we finished our little ditty, we got back to the business of finishing our Ramona/Dora!
F- Flutter Kicks 150-Sets
I- In & Outs 250
A- Absolute Crunches 300 (This is basically a half sit-up where you get just far enough to rest your hands on your knees)
We almost made it through all exercises & had just enough time for some on your own stretching & COT.
