Six other PAX joined me today at the Arena to work off some of those Thanksgiving day feast pounds! Actually, we just felt like we had pounds to work off – we all looked fabulous!
Started with a warm up of arm circles, Michael Phelps, shoulder circles, toy soldiers and through the tunnels.
We did a ring of fire where the group was in a circle and we all did the same exercise that was listed first, while taking turns on the second exercise listed, going around the circle. Some of the first exercises were brutal, so we had 2 PAX going on the individual exercises from time to time.
Sugar Momma figured out my secret of what we were doing on the exercise list – cardio first and then a bit of a break for the individual work. “)
High knees and 5 burpees
Jumping jacks and 5 inchworms
Toe taps and 10 lunges per leg
Butt kicks and 10 merkins
Front leg kicks (left) and 10 LBC – we did a pigeon stretch afterwards and it felt glorious!
Front leg kicks (right) and 10 bourbons – another pigeon stretch
Skaters and 10 crab toe touches
Squat jacks and run around the circle
Up down planks and 10 Carolina dry docks
Flutter squats and 10 squats of your choice
Imperial walkers and 10 mountain climbers
Plank jack and 10 shoulder taps
We ended with some stretching of arms and legs before moving to the COT, prayer and picture.
