We had a wonderful time at Foxtrot Fun Friday this morning. We welcomed FNG- Mitten and finally got to see @Love and @Namaste as well. @melissa phillips (AKA Journal Girl) it’s always good to see you and @Aquamarine killed it today attending not one, but TWO beatdowns! It was such an awesome morning. Thank you ladies for joining me. Please see the white board for what we did and how we did it. Thank you Namaste for an absolutely fantastic cool down.
