What a beautiful and glorious morning for our first Friday workout at Foxtrot. The weather was perfect, and the company was sensational! 3 beautiful Pax joined me today so that we could get to know each other…and it just doesn’t get much better.
For our warm up I perused the internet for some really great Never Have I Ever questions. If you have done the thing: 10 jumping jacks. If you have not done the thing: 10 jump squats.
Never have I ever:
Jumped in a pool with all my clothes on

This was a fun warm up.
So, the THANG is: Getting to Know You. Domino provided me with her cards with some really cool questions that corresponds with 20 reps of an exercise. So, we jumped right in. After each Pax answered her question, we took a lap around the monument at the front of the playground.

Thank you, sweet people for joining me today. It was an awesome way to spend the morning, and it’s always fun to know more about the people we build relationships with. Lots of prayers today. Please join me in praying for Pinterest and her daughter, Lena. Lena has acute asthma and needed to be taken to Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital. Also, please pray for Inspector Gadget and son, Jeremiah. Jeremiah got sent home from school today and is required to quarantine for 14 days due to a positive covid-19 diagnosis. Let’s pray for him and Inspector Gadget for patience while they wait out the quarantine. We prayed for our country, and over our friends and families, Name O Rama and went on with our day.
