It was a fabulous morning today at the Den. I loved taking the LIFT portion of the workout and I was so happy to have sweet friends join me. After some stretching and stuff we got into
THE THANG:
2 minutes each for 8 minutes
Chest press, glute bridge pullovers, zebra kicks and alternating toe touches
Superman Squats, crock pot squats, goblet squats and plié squats
Pretzel crunches, American pie sit ups, toe touches and (full extension) bicycles
Deadlifts to upright row, curtsy lunges with lateral raises, cherry pickers and reverse lunges with knee raise
2 minutes each for 6 minutes
Scarecrows, Deadlift to upright row and Stir the Pot
It was an honor to do this workout with such amazing and fierce and strong ladies.
